final transaction will be processed in one of the

Financing Options: We understand that purchasing furniture can
be a significant investment. To help you spread the cost, we
offer a financing option. You can make a 40% down payment at the
time of order, and the remaining 60% will be due upon delivery.
Please note: Financing options are subject to credit approval.
Shipping Options: Oasis Origins currently offers FOB (Free On Board) shipments. This means the customer's responsibility for the goods begins once they are loaded onto the ship at the origin port in Egypt. This allows you to offer competitive pricing while ensuring a smooth handover to the customer's chosen freight forwarder. Shipping Costs: To facilitate easier shipping and transparent customs processes, we recommend contacting our logistics department. They can help you find the best rates and navigate any customs or import duties that may apply. Please note: Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns and Exchanges: We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. You have the right to return any good that does not meet the description provided on our website, including written descriptions and product photos. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. In the case of a damaged product: We will offer a full 100% refund on the item itself. Unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs
1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? We require a
minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per item.
2. Do
you offer product samples? Yes, we do offer product samples.
However, due to the size and weight of furniture, samples are
shipped via Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipping and require
a separate fee.
3. How can I make a purchase? To ensure a smooth transaction and
personalized service, we currently only accept purchases through
our dedicated sales representatives located in various
countries. These representatives operate under international
contracts designed to protect both parties.
4. How can I contact a sales representative? You can
easily connect with a sales representative by contacting us via
email or WhatsApp. We will then arrange for a representative to
contact you within 72 hours to discuss your furniture needs.
